If you have any queries before or after purchasing you can contact our small business via email - connect@2smalldogs.com.au. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response as there is only me to respond.

Faulty Bandanas or Necklaces
Whilst my quality control is strict throughout the making and packing process, there may be a rare occasion when you may need to connect with me about a concern.
Please Note: I hand make the Bandanas and Necklaces, plus Pack & Post them to you. All items are sent and tracked via Australia Post.
Please email me and attach several clear photos of the item and fault. To claim a refund or exchange you will need to make contact within 14 days of receiving the item. E: connect @2smalldogs.com.au
If your return is accepted, instructions will be provided on how and where to send your package. You will need to cover the postage to send your return to us, please also ensure you send your order with an activated tracking number and have this information accessible..
We are unable to refund the shipping cost of the original order, as this was paid to a third party that we can't claim back ourselves.
Please note we don't take responsibility for carriers damaging or losing products.
Special Orders for Necklaces or any other items are not refundable.
Refunds are not accepted for a change of mind or the wrong size.
We provide size charts for our items and they will always be within 1cm either side as advertised as bead size may make a small difference. As advertised, our Bandanas are Handmade from upcycled human cotton fashion therefore no 2 Bandanas will look exactly the same. That is the appeal of our Bandanas.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow about 3 business days.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the item (not the shipping), post receipt of the returned item, within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved & received your return, please contact us at connect@2smalldogs.com.au.
